Forefront was founded by Ed Stott and grew from a simple frustration: researching a scientific question often meant moving repeatedly between literature databases, clinical-trial registries, news sources, spreadsheets and disconnected research tools.
What began as an attempt to create a better way to explore research has grown into a broader research-intelligence platform — one designed to connect scientific knowledge and make complex fields easier to navigate.
Forefront remains founder-led and is being developed iteratively around the research problems the platform is intended to solve.
